• Obtain patient history
Ongoing Care/Transport
• Monitor LOC and ABCs • Document heart rate • Place patient in recovery position • Cover the patient to keep them warm • Reassure the patient • Allow patient to rest and recover Hand-Off and Documentation Get medical help for any patient that remains unconscious, monitor patients closely, seek medical help if their condition does not improve quickly
