A single part of the assessment process rarely provides a complete picture of the patient’s condition. By gathering as much information as you can, you will be able to provide safe, appropriate, and effective care. Multiple Patients and Triage In cases when there are multiple patients, TRIAGE is an acceptable process of sorting and allocating treatment to patients based on the urgency of their need for care.
